Terms

A clearer decision starts with clear terms.

Effective September 12, 2026. These terms describe the pre-release CoDriver service for US car buyers and owners.

What CoDriver does

CoDriver helps organize listing information, research, comparisons, inspections, and deal calculations. Sources can be incomplete, incorrect, or out of date. A seller claim is not verified history. Comparable asking prices are not completed sale prices or guaranteed values.

Your buying decision

CoDriver is not a dealer, lender, appraiser, vehicle-history reporting agency, or inspection shop. It does not certify a car’s condition, title, roadworthiness, or safety. Obtain independent records and a qualified mechanic’s inspection before committing to a purchase. Keep your phone put away while driving.

Accounts and uploads

Use information you are entitled to provide. Keep your account access secure. Do not use CoDriver to bypass access restrictions, scrape prohibited sources, misrepresent a vehicle, or upload unlawful material. You control what you share with a seller or another person.

The Buying Pass

When offered, a Buying Pass is one payment for 30 days of access across your saved cars, with no automatic renewal. The checkout shows the actual price before payment. Third-party vehicle-history reports are not included. Daily limits are 30 listing imports and 30 assistant requests with an active pass; free sessions allow five imports daily. Retries are limited to three daily. Availability of external data varies.

Saved facts, records and data export remain readable after the pass expires. Refund or billing questions can be sent through Contact. Any applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

Pre-release availability

Features and provider coverage may change during beta. CoDriver may restrict abusive use or temporarily pause unavailable features. Export information you need independently of the service.

Read the Privacy Policy for information handling and account controls.
